Thank you for visiting my web page! I am looking forward to working with you. I have been a Real Estate agent since 2001 and in 2013 I became an Associate Broker. During this time I have been working with sellers, investors, buyers, and foreclosure companies. My experience selling a wide variety of homes in mostly rural counties has given me a broad experience covering many of the problems that agents working the suburbs seldom see. This way I can give great advice and avoid as many problems as possible. With my broad education I can generally carry on a conversation with anyone. You will not get bored hanging out with me. I try very hard to get the job done right the first time. I am not into wasting your time or mine. Being straight up and honest with everyone I meet, is my style. I hope to get the same back. To work together for the best results trust is a must.

Personal Background

I have lived in West Michigan nearly all my life. Leaving only for a three year tour in the US Army, of which I spent 18 months in the State of Alaska. I love West Michigan and doubt I will ever leave again. It is where most of my family and friends are. The change of seasons is great and we seem to have less natural disasters than most places. I am single with no children. This gives me the entire day to do what I like. That is to visit with people and work. I love the variety of work that comes with Real Estate and I find all types of people I meet very interesting. I should have started selling Real Estate long ago.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Kal-Haven Lions Club. I am on the sight committee and the lead on our gun raffle. I give blood whenever I can.

Personal Interests

When I am not working, I am often visiting with my family and friends. The rest of my time I spend working on my properties. Mowing the lawn is good for your health. If I can still find time I go hunting and fishing. Mostly deer hunting and bass fishing. I am a Lions fan who needs to somehow see each game before I find out the score. I also enjoy watching the Tigers when I can. On the rare times that I go out for the evening, it is classic rock I like to hear the best. Ask me to dance and you might be surprised at my style.

I am very good at keeping the process of closing a sale on track and watching properties for out of the area sellers. Often agents get busy and the next step in the closing process just gets lost in the shuffle. Not getting caught in this trap and moving a closing step by step to the finish line is one of many things I am really good at. Having worked on rural homes that are not always easy to find comparables for, I can give a good value range on any property. Stress reduction is also my specialty, as keeping you prepared for the next step helps a lot.
